1 1/3 Cups Red Wine or Cider Vinegar2 3/4 ts Garlic Powder2 3/4 ts Dried Oregano2 3/4 ts Dried Basil2 ts Ground Black Pepper2 ts Salt2 ts Onion Powder2 ts Dijon-style Mustard (e.g., Grey Poupon)1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
In a large container, mix together all ingredients except the olive oil, using a blender if a finer texture is desired. Add olive and mix again. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
