Chilli Powder (1 package)Ground Beef (extra lean, smallest pack you can find, about 2 cups)Can of Unico Diced TomatoesCan of Unico Red Kidney BeansFrozen corn or other vegies are optional but not included in nutrition info
Brown ground beef till fully cooked
Add tomatoes, beans, chilli powder and any veggies
Stir all the ingredients together and let simmer
Leave the dish to simmer to burn off excess liquid
Serve (or refrigerate then freeze)
