Ingredients
1 lge. head cabbage wedged & cut up6 lge white potatoes, peeled and cut in quarters6 large carrots peeled and cut up1 large yellow onion quartered3 cloves of garlic, whole3 T. butter1 13 oz. pkg. of all beef smoked sausage (cut into 1.5 oz pieces)12 cups of tap water
Directions
Layer ingredients in a large stock pot. Pour water over the top and add 3 T. butter. Seasoning with salt, pepper, dash of garlic powder
