Whole Grain Zucchini Cheddar Biscuits

Ingredients
2.25 cups multigrain blend flour1 tbsp baking powder1/2 cup butter, cold & cut into pieces1 cup shredded zucchini, water squeezed out1.5 cups shredded old cheddar1 cup milk
Directions
Sift flour and soda.

Cut in butter.'

Stir in zucchini and cheddar. Add milk and stir until just combined.

Drop by tablespoon onto greased or lined cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 450 F. Makes 15 biscuits.
