1 pound lean ground beef or turkey1/2 cup bread crumbs, fine1/4 cup chopped onion1/4 cup green pepper or chili pepper1/4 t pepper1 can tomato soup2 cups cooked rice1/2 cup grated American or cheddar cheese
preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ground meat, crumbs, onion, green pepper or chilis, pepper, and half of soup. Spread in greased 10 in. pie pan forming a shell. Mix rice, cheese, and remaining soup and place in meat shell. Bake for 35-40 minutes until meat is cooked.
