Ed's Chicken Veggie Noodle Soup

Ingredients
Boneless Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 poundsRonzoni Healthy Harvest Extra Wide Noodles, 12 oz packageOnions, raw, 1 large choppedPictsweet Vegetables for Soup with Tomatoes, 16 oz packageParsley, dried, 1.5 tbsp Garlic, 3 tsp mincedPepper, black, 1 tbsp Rosemary, dried, 1.5 tsp Water, tap, 12 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Boil Chicken in large stock pot, remove from water and shred into pieces, by hand. Return chicken to water, along with noodles, onions, and spices. You may need to add more water. Let simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, then add frozen veggies. Simmer 15 more minutes and serve hot.
