Grape Juice, Homemade Canned (8oz)

Ingredients
1 cup concord grapes1/2 c sugar (or a little less)boiling water to fill a quart jar
Directions
Add 1 cup of concord grapes and 1/2 c of sugar to a hot and sanitized quart canning jar. Fill jar with boiling water, leaving 1" head space. Process for 20 minutes in a boiling water bath. Once sealed, jars should sit for at least 30 days so that the sugar can break down the grapes and make the juice. Strain juice and serve.
