Ingredients
Sifted Confectoner's Sugar, 3 cupsLight Corn Syrup, 6 TblsBourbon, 1 1/2 cups (for strong tasting Bourbon Balls)Semi-sweet Chocolate Bits, 1 cupChopped pecans, 3 cupsCrushed Vanilla Wafers, 8 cups
Directions
Mix sugar, corn syrup and bourbon in large mixing bowl. Melt chocolate bits in microwave and stir into mixture. Stir in pecans and vanilla vafers. Mix well, roll into balls, coat with confectioner's sugar and store in airtight container.
