Slow Cooked Braised Chuck Steak

1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 onion chopped2 cloves of garlic crushed1 14.5 ounce can of Hunt's Diced Tomatoes1 14 ounch can of Swanson's Beef Broth Fat Free1 lb chuck steak
Put 1/2 of Olive Oil in frying pan that has lid to cover later. Sear steak on both sides in olive oil. Remove steak and set aside. Add the rest of the Olive Oil and then fry onion and garlic for about 2 minutes just to wilt. Return Steak to pan and top with can of tomatoes and can of beef broth. Cover and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 3 hours.
