10 crimini mushrooms1 tblsp olive oil3 tblsp balsamic vinegar1 clove garlic, sliced thinly1 tsp thyme, fresh or dried1 tsp dijon mustardsalt and pepper to taste
Whisk all ingredients except mushrooms in a small bowl. Add mushrooms and mix well. Heat a skillet and add mixture. Cook for 7 minutes, or until mushrooms are cooked through. Add water if necessary to keep the sauce from burning. Serve with rice, polenta, or just with a spoon!
