Add oils to the pan. Then add onion and fry it till translucent and then add all the spices such as chilli, turmeric, salt, and ginger/garlic paste and then cook for 1 min. Then add tomatoes and chopped cabbage to the pan and stir for 1 min. Then let it cook till the cabbage is tender. Serve with cilantro on top of it.
