Swedish Meatballs w/ Egg Noodles

Ingredients
5 pieces of whole wheat bread toasted and made into crumbs1tsp pepper1 tsp salt2 eggs1 lb of ground turkey2 tablespoons of garlic powder2 tablespoons of onion powdergravy:1 can of cream of mushroom soup1 cup of water3 tablespoons of sour cream
Directions
mix meat w/ all ingredients except gravy ingredients. brown both sides of meatballs then mix together gravy ingredients and pour over meat. Cook meat on stove top until cooked through. Cook noodles seperately and serve immediately. :)
