Sloppy Hashbrown Bake

30 oz bag of frozen hash browns, thawed1 lb ground beef (93% lean used in calculation)1 can sloppy joe sauce1 can cream of potato soup (or your choice "cream of" soup, but cream of potato used in calculation)1 cup shredded colby jack cheese
Brown ground beef until no longer pink. Stir in sloppy joe sauce and soup.
Spray 9 x 13 dish with nonstick spray and pour thawed hash browns in bottom of dish. Spoon meat mixture onto hash browns.
Cover (I use foil) and bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover, top with shredded cheese and bake 10 more minutes.
Serving Size: divide 9 x 13 dish into 8 equal squares
