1 Large Rattlesnake Salt Black Pepper Onion Powder Garlic Powder Garnish Butter or Butter Substitute or BBQ Sauce if you dessire
1. Prepare your grill. Heat the coals to red hot.
2. Thouroughly wash and dry the meat.
3. Debone it if you want to, but it is not necessary.
4. Cut into 2 inch pieces.
5. Season to taste salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder.
6. Place it on skewers
7. Roast over hot coals. Turn the skewer several times. A little charred to give it a smokey flavor is fine, but not too much.
8. The meat is very lean and it cooks fast.
Cook around 3-4 minutes on each side. It is done when it stops sizzling.
10. Baste it with butter or barbecue sauce. Both good.
