Chili Rellenos, crockpot style

3 cans (4 oz. ea.) whole green chiles1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated1/2 lb. Cream Cheese, softened3 Tbsp. flour3 eggs1 can evaporated milk1 can tomato sauce, mexican style
1. In a bowl combine flour, eggs and milk.
2. In another bowl, mix cheeses together.
3. Spray crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. In bottom of crockpot layer 1/2 chiles, 1/2 cheese mixture, and pour 1/2 milk mix. Repeat.
4. Cook on Low 6-8 hours. Last 1/2 hour pour tomato sauce on top.
Serving Size: makes 16 - 4 oz servings
