Ingredients
2 pat butter3 Tbs grapeseed oil3 cloves garlic, minced3 stacks celery1/2 bell pepper (orange)8 mushrooms1/2 head cauliflower1/2 large sweet onion1/2 cup broccoli1 can diced tomatoes1 can diced tomatoes with green chili's12 oz.smoked kielbasa cut in 1/4 inch pieces1 half inch slice of turkey ham, diced4 cups low sodium organic chicken broth2 tsp cumin1/2 tsp cinnamon

melt butter in large stock pan, add oil and garlic, saute garlic a couple minutes then add the rest of the fresh vegetables and saute for 10 minutes. Then add the rest of the ingrediants and bring to boil, then simmer for 40 minutes.

    This is phenomenal! The cumin and cinnamon are perfect for the flavor. I LOVE stews and soups that are loaded with vegetables and this was deliciously hearty! I will make this again and again. I used extra virgin olive oil though, which worked just fine. And I just used all keilbasa and no ham. - 2/15/11

    This recipe is awesome! I had a head of broccoli instead of cauliflower and added a bag of frozen calif mix. It's spicy, but not hot. Yummy! - 9/10/08
