Veggie Soup

Ingredients
* Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove) * Carrots, raw, 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove) * Celery, cooked, 2 stalks * Garlic, 3 cloves * Turnips, 1 medium * Parsnips, 2 parsnip (9" long) * *Greenbeans - fresh, 1 cup * Cabbage, fresh, .25 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) * Canned Tomatoes, 2 can * Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 6 cup
Directions
Lightly Saute the onions and then the rest of the veggies. put it all in the crock pot add the broth and veggies. cook 4-6 hours on High 69 on low. enjoy.
