Marrow and Leek Soup

Ingredients
3 leeks (approx 500g) - sliced1 marrow (approx 400g) - cubed1.5 red peppers - chopped1500 ml vegetable stock (made using 4 tsp Knorr vegetable granules)Plenty of freshly ground black pepper to flavour
Directions
Cook the leeks in a small amount of water to soften, then add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 10-20 minutes

Add pepper to taste
