Cucumber, tomato, onion, green pepper vinaigrette

Ingredients
1 cucumber, peeled and cut into slices1 medium ripe tomato, cut into chunks1/3 red onion, chopped1/2 green bell pepper, choppedrice vinegar to coversalt and pepper to taste1 teaspoon of olive oilwater to taste
Directions
Toss all ingredients together and let marinate for at least 1/2 hour before serving. Remember to add water and seasonings to your taste.
