Granulated Sugar, 1 cup*Besan, .5 cupMilk, 2%, .5 cup*Butter - Ghee, 24 tspAlmonds, .25 cup, slivered Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp
In a nonstick pan mix together besan, ghee, sugar, almonds, milk and let it rest for 10 minutes. Cook this mixture on medium heat for about 20 minutes or until it starts froming a ball then add nutmeg and mix well. Transfer it to a greased trey. cut it like a fudge candy about 1" squre while its still hot. Let it cool break it in pieces and serve or sore.
