*Ground Chicken Breast, Perdue, 4 oz cooked, 4 serving (remove)*Cheese Shredded (Lucerne Mild Cheddar), 1 cup (remove)*Lucerne 2% Milk reduced fat mozzarella cheese (28 grams), 1 cup (remove)Safeway Pepper Strips, 1 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 6 large (remove)Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields (remove)*mushroom-canned, 2 serving (remove)*Pillsbury Pie Crust (one crust), 1 serving (remove
Saute frozen peppers
Add ground chicken to peppers and cook until done
Add defrosted frozen spinach and canned mushrooms (add salt and pepper if desired)
Cook mixture together for 5 minutes and drain.
Unroll pie crust and place in 9in pie dish
Scramble 6 eggs and place to the side
Layer uncooked pie crust with a layer of chicken and spinach mixture, bacon bits, cheese and eggs
Repeat layers
Place in preheated oven at 425 and bake for 45-50 minutes.
Cool and serve!
