Tequila lime shrimp and scallop fajitas

Ingredients
Shrimp, raw, 24 oz (remove)Scallops, raw, 8 oz (remove)Tequila, 1 fl. oz (remove)Lime Juice, .33 cup (remove)Cilantro, raw, 8 tbsp (remove)Hot Pepper Sauce, 2 tsp (remove)Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)*Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)*Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
Directions
marinate seafood at least 2 hours in all ingredients except peppers, onions and mushrooms.
In large skillet on high heat grill veggies. Don't turn until slightly charring. Add seafood mixture, stir and cook until fish is pink and firm.
Serve with tortillas, chijuajua cheese, avocado and fresh cilantro.
