Ham and Mushroom Fried Rice

Ingredients
One cup each of mushrooms, diced ham, and rice, one tablespoon of margarine and a teaspoon of soy sauce.
Directions
Dice ham and mushrooms. Add margarine and soy sauce to ham and mushrooms in frying pan. Sautee mixture. Add cooked rice and mix together. Makes about 3 one cup servings.

    How easy.. and good. I used bacon grease that was already in the pan just a tad so I didn't need the butter. I was skeptical with so few ingredients. The mushrooms were baby bella and the ham was maple flavored. THANKS. I will make again. - 8/20/11
