1 pound stewing beef11 small head of cabbage chopped1 medium turnip chopped1 cup diced raw potato1 cup frozen corn1 cup sliced carrots4 cups tomato juice1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
Directions
combine all ingredients into a large saucepan cook on low heat for about 2 hours or until all vegetables are tender
