Shrimp Peppered Fettuccine

Ingredients
Smart Pasta 1box 454g Fettuccine1 tbsp olive oil1.5 tsp minced garlic.5 cup chicken broth.25 cup white wine2 tbsp lemon juicelemon zestsalt to taste2 tsp black pepper450 g shrimp.25 cup butter2 tbsp parsley2 tsp basil
Directions
Cook pasta until al dente, drain.
Heat oil in lg saucepan, saute garlic. Mix in chicken broth, wine, lemon juice, salt & pepper.
Reduce heat until liquid is reduce to half.
Mix shrimp, butter, basil, parsley in saucepan. cook until shrimp is done.
Stir in cooked pasta & continue cooking until pasta is well coated.

Serving Size: Serves 5 Full Plate Meals
