Ingredients
1/2 cup of quinoaeggs, milk ,cottage cheese, feta cheese, parm cheese. You can use reduce fat items if you would lik
Directions
Cook quinoa set aside
Lightly coat skillet with olive oil and saute garlic
mix quinoa and garlic with all other ingredients add salt and pepper. Place in baking dish in oven on 400 for around 30 min until it is brown and no longer runny. Stirr once or twice, let brown ontop.
