Ingredients
1 can articokes, drained1.5 cups egg white product.5 cup bread crumbs.5 cup chopped onions4 cloves garlic chopped2 oz grated romano cheesespray olive oil
Directions
medium heat
spray olive oil in hot 10" frying pan
add garlic, brown
add articokes
add onions
add bread crumbs
when all is browned
add 1/2 egg product
add romano cheese
add 1/2 egg product
reduce heat and cover until it fluffs up
cut into wedges
