Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients
8 medium potatoes1 stick butter1/2 cup sour cream1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Directions
Peel and cut potatoes. Boil in salted water until tender. Drain and mash.
Mix in butter. Mix in sour cream and 1 cup of the cheese.

Spread potatoes in caserole dish. Sprinkle with remaning cheese.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
