Low Sodium Chicken and rice soup

Ingredients
1Chicken breast1/2 cup of carrots2 cups of green beans3 cups of brown rice1 med onion3 equals4 tbsp Ms. Dash
Directions
Cook all the vegetables and seasonings together with the chopped chicken breast until everything is done. Add 1guart of water or too your liking. Let simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 12 but I will get 9 servings.
