country pumpkin muffins

Ingredients
*Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 8 tbsp (remove)Granulated Sugar, 2 cup (remove)Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 2 cup (remove)Water, bottled, 1 serving (remove)*Flour, white, 3 cup (remove)Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp (remove)Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, .75 tsp (remove)Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 1 cup (remove)3 fresh eggs
Directions
Beat sugar, oil, eggs, water and pumpkin. combine flour, powder, soda spices and salt. Add to pumpkin mixture. Blend well. fold in craisins and walnuts. spoon into greased muffin tins filling 3/4 full. Bake at 400 for 15 min.
