Soy Holiday Drink

Ingredients
Makes 4 - 1 cup servings2 cups Soy beverage (I like Rice Dream)1 package soft tofu cut into cubes2 tsp pure vanilla extract1/2 cup maple syrup1/8 tsp ground tumericpinch of ground clovespinch of fresh ground cinnamonpinch of saltGarnishFresh grated nutmegCinnamon sticks
Directions
Place the first 6 ingredients into a blender and pulse to combine. Chill for a few hours. When ready tos erve, pour into 4 glasses, sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg, garnish with a cinnamon stick and serve.

Note: Ground tumeric is added to this recipe to give the drink an eggnog like colour.
