Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients
Skim Milk, 2 cup Libby 100% Pumpkin, 2 tbspSplenda, 2 tsp Vanilla Extract, 2 tbsp Strong Coffee, 1 cup (8 oz)Pumpkin pie spice 1/2 tsp
Directions
In a pan combine the milk, pumpkin, and sugar and cook on medium until steaming. Remove from heat and add in the vanilla and pumpkin pie spice, and whisk until foamy. Pour into mugs and add the coffee on top!

If you feel like making it fancy, add some whipped cream on top! :)

Serving Size: Makes two warm mugs
