1 medium cabbage, chopped1 medium onion, diced2 tbsp olive oil1 tsp paprika1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)other spices to taste
Chop cabbage into about 1" by .5" pieces. Dice onion. Warm up a stainless steel pan, add olive oil. Add paprika when oil heats up (paprika will sizzle). Add onions and fry until translucent. Add cabbage and salt and fry until wilted. Enjoy! :)
