Curry Coconut Sauce

Ingredients
1 T. olive oil1 t. crushed red pepper2 cloves garlic, crushed1.5 T curry powder2 T. soy sauce2 t. splenda1 c. coconut milk1/2 c. cut fresh basil (optional)
Directions
Heat olive oil in pan, add red pepper & garlic, stir fry for 15-30 seconds. Add curry, soy sauce, splenda & coconut milk. Stir well. Bring to boil. Cook until sauce thickens (1-1&1/2 mins). Add basil. Use as sauce on stir fry or steamed veggies.

    This is great for ketogenic dieters trying to add fats w/o carbs and proteins. It's great over broccoli, cauliflower, white fish, etc. I skip the Splenda. Thanks, DESIRE713. - 9/24/13
