Teriaki Chicken

Ingredients
2 Boneless Chicken Breasts Chopped2 Tbs. Lite Soy Sauce1 Tsp. Peanut Oil1/2 Head Cabbage Thinly Sliced1/2 Cup Julienne Carrots1 Cup Broccoli Flowerettes1/2 Thinly Sliced Onion1 Tsp. Chopped Garlic1 Bottle Stir Fry Sauce
Directions
Place Chicken in ziplock bag and add soy sauce. Mix well and allow to marinate. Add oil to skillet or wok and heat to medium high. Add chicken and stir until lightly brown. Add vegetable and stir. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes. When vegetables are cooked to light snap, add stir fry sauce and mix thoroughly. When sauce begins to bubble, serve over rice.
