Banana coconut cookies

Ingredients
Ingredients:Banana, fresh, 1.5 cup, mashed (remove)Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)Olive Oil, .25 cup (remove)quick oats, 2 cup (remove)*almond Meal, 0.66 cup (remove)Coconut, raw, .33 cup, shredded (remove)Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)Semi sweet chocolate chips, 1 cup (remove)
Directions
Combine dry ingredients and mix well. In separate bowl mash bananas. Add oil and vanilla to bananas. With wooden spoon mix wet and dry ingredients together. Fold in chocolate chips. drop on greased cookies sheet. Bake at 350 for 12 to 14 minutes. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
