Basic Muffins

Ingredients
2 c Flour1/4 c Sugar3 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Salt1 egg, well beaten1 c Water1/4 c Oil
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit. Line muffin pan with paper baking cups or grease (not oil) bottoms only of muffin cups. In medium bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients just until dry ingredients are moistened. There will be a few lumps. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
