Mango Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
1 Medium Banana1 cup chopped Mango1/2 cup plain yogurt1 tbsp ground flaxseed1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice
Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend at medium speed until well mixed. Adding frozen fruit will make the drink thicker.
