2 tins salmon 426 g 340 calories4 scallion2 eggs1 ounce quinoa60 grams gluten free bread crumbs 220 caloriesgarlic, salt, pepper to taste2 Tablespoons olive oil
Directions
mix tinned salmon with 1 egg , quinoa, scallions, salt, pepper, garlic.
form mixture inti four patties.
Roll patties in gluten free bread crumbs
dip into scrambled raw egg
roll again in bread crmbs
fry in olive oil about 5 minutes each side medium heat
