Sauteed Broccoli

broccoligarliccrushed red pepper-to tastechicken brothsaltpepper
Directions
heat oil, add garlic and crushed red pepper in a large skillet of med heat for about 30-45 seconds, until it begins to brown. stir in broccoli and cook until the broccoli is a bright green about 3-4 minutes. add chicken broth and season with salt and pepper. cook to desired tenderness. firm/crunchy is about 3-5 minutes
