Stir Fried Flank Steak With Cabbage

Ingredients
1 lb or so Flank Steak2 tbsp Soy Sauce1 tsp. Corn Starch1/2 tsp sugar2 tsp ground Ginger1/2 green or red Pepper, diced1/2 cabbage, cut into bitesize chunks1/2 med onion, diced2 tbsp Oil
Directions
Slice semi-frozen flank thinly into small pieces. Combine corn starch, soy sauce, sugar and ginger in bowl. Add steak and toss. Marinate until meat is well coated.

Heat oil and drop veggies in, stir constantly for at least 2-4 min. Remove veggies with a slotted spoon to serving bowl.

Add more oil only if necessary. Add steak. Stir fry steak until browned.

Return veggies to pan/wok, and toss with meat. Heat thoroughly.
