Spiced pumpkin soup

Ingredients
pumpkin - 3/4 whole medium1 onion, roughly chopped1 tsp chilli - or to tastelarge garlic cloveKallo low sodium stock - 2 cubes made up to 1 litreOlive oil spray - say half tsp
Directions
spray bottom of pan with oil, add chopped onion and garlic
Stir till onion translucent
add pumpkin and stir for another 5 minutes
add stock and chilli
Simmer for 20 minutes then blend with a stick blender
Add salt and pepper to taste and serve
