Chocolate Peanut Butter Kashi Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup brown rice flour1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup Kashi Puffed cereal1/2 tsp salt1 tbsp baking powder1/4 cup sugar1 large egg2 tbsp canola oil1 cup vanilla soy milk1 Kashi Peanut Butter & Chocolate Bar
Directions
Mix dry ingredients (except for bar) in a large bowl. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl. Make a well in the dry ingredients, slowly pour wet ingredients into dry mixture. Mix together just until moistened. Fold in small pieces of Kashi PB bar. Spoon into muffin tray until 3/4 full. Make sure the bar pieces are covered with batter. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes, until tops are slightly browned.
