I really liked these! Great for quick snacks. I made them like reg pancakes mixing the wet and dry ingred. separately then pouring the wet into the dry. I'm making more to freeze them in 100 cal packs. I think this time I'll try a different flavored yogurt and see how that tastes. - 3/17/08

Good pancake although I added 4 teaspoons of baking powder so they were lighter and raised as they were cooked. - 5/14/12

I might add more leavening the next time as these didn't raise very much so were a bit mushy. The flavor was very good! - 1/11/10

They tasted alright, but they had a weird consistancy and didn't raise well. - 1/16/10

These were so good. Made like regular pancakes one time and like crepes another time. Both were so yummy. - 11/26/20

The baking powder suggested in a comment (4 tsp.) made them lighter! a keeper. - 9/7/18

Made these this morning but left out the cinnamon. My hubby just loved them. I am going to use a peach or another type of fruit yogurt next time as well. - 11/4/10

I hate yogurt, but I keep trying different kinds to see if I like them. (nope) So I searched for something to put my lemon-yogurt in, found this, and I ADORE them. They're dense enough that I don't try to eat a billion, but still tasty. The hint of lemon is cool. I'm going to try all flavors now! - 3/7/10

I tried these this morning. They were pretty good. The leftover pancakes I put in the freezer for breakfast during the week. I hope they freeze well. - 2/27/10

this was good and filling. I used plain yogurt but I think next time I will stick with vanilla, to add more flavor. - 12/15/09

Really Yummy. I made them with white flour because I didn't have wheat. First time I've made from scratch pancakes. - 11/29/09
