1 1/2 c. warm water1 T. yeast1 t. sugar1 t. salt1 T. olive oil3 1/2 c. whole wheat flour3/4 c. crushed tomatoes2 T. pizza spice3 oz. grated mozzarella cheese1/4 c. parmesan cheesepepperoni slices
Combine yeast, sugar, salt and olive oil. Add whole wheat flour to make a firm dough. Knead for about 5-10 minutes. Let rest until double. Roll onto floured surface until thin. Spread dough with pizza sauce (crushed tomatoes and spices). Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Add pepperoni or other toppings. Roll from long side like a cinnamon roll. Cut into 18 slices. Put on baking sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes.
