2 cup grilled chicken, cut into chunks1 cup grapes1 small apple, cut into chunks3/4 cup jicima2/3 cup celery1/4 cup pecans, toasted and chopped1/4 cup green onions, chopped2 T Craisins1/4 cup Miracle Whip, Light2 T Nakano Rice Vinegar2 t sugar
Directions
Cut up first 8 ingredients. Blend Miracle Whip, Vinegar & sugar Pour over Chicken & fruit and Toss.
