Thai Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
1 egg2 tbsp (30 mL) hot chili-garlic sauce2 green onions, chopped2 garlic cloves, minced1 lb (500 g) ground turkey or chicken2 tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped fresh coriander
Directions
Chop veggies, Scramble egg. Put turkey in large bowl and add egg and mix. The rest of ingred. and mix. Fry in pan, non-stick. Divide into 8 turkey balls. Brown one side, then turn over and brown opposite side. Then cover and finish cooking, for about 20 minutes total cooking time.
