Ingredients
This is actually something that I have had at an area restraunt, but have made this for myself at home. This could easly make three servings for some people. I have this on fresh tortillas1c. egg1/2c. chopped ham3 Tbsp. chopped onion.5c. chopped bell pepper.50c. chopped tomato1 serving shredded chedder cheese or taco cheese.
Directions
You can make this on a griddle or in a frying pan. I usually melt a little butter or margerine to help keep the omlette from sticking, but you can also use a litttle oil.
