12 oz box Hytop PanBurger Italian dinner Remove the pasta (6oz) and replace with12 oz tri-color wholegrain rotini12 oz MorningStar Grillers Recipe Crumbles
Lightly fry the Morningstar Grillers Crumbles
Add some onion (optional)
Add 6 cups boiling water
Add 12 oz tri-colored rotini
Add the spices mix from the Hytop PanBurger Italian Dinner
Cook for about 9 min until the pasta is 'al dente'
Do NOT add salt; there is plenty of sodium in the Hytop Panburger Dinner mix and in the Crumbles already, about 1000 mg per serving !
Even though it's very satisfying for about 300 calories per serving, eating more than 1 serving will add to your sodium for the day.
Adding more water to the mix may decrease the sodium somewhat.
