Ingredients
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts2 tbsp taco seasoning2 tbsp unpacked brown sugar4 tsp honey mustard1 large jar salsa1 cup Shredded cheese of your choice...this uses shredded monterey cheese
Directions
Mix taco seasoning, brown sugar, honey mustard, and salsa together. Put chicken in crock pot (I use still frozen chicken breasts). Pour mix over chicken. Cook in crock pot on low for 10 hours. Check temperature of chicken to make sure that it is thoroughly cooked. Top with cheese or leave off if you choose.
